1) What are your delivery options and costs??


Standard delivery
£3 – 2-3 working days (weekend orders will not be despatched until Monday)

Next Day delivery
£4 (Monday – Thursday, order before 12pm, orders placed Friday – Sunday will not be despatched until Monday)

Saturday Delivery
£7 (order before 12 pm Friday)

Free UK shipping on all orders over £50 (Orders placed Friday – Sunday will not be despatched until Monday)

Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Christmas Day will be despatched on 27th December; orders placed on Boxing Day will be despatched on 28th December.

Express Courier**
£20 –  2-4 working days (Orders placed Friday – Sunday will not be despatched until Monday)

£20 – up to 4 working days (Orders placed Friday – Sunday will not be despatched until Monday)

Please note for all orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday unless otherwise stated.

2) What is your returns policy??

Here at Sacred Hawk we are happy to refund any item* you are not happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition and within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless the item is of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

We do not currently offer return postage. Sales items are non-returnable.

*Due to the nature of the product, items listed under ‘Vintage’ may show signs of wear and are non-returnable.

3) I have a question about my delivery, who can I contact? ?

If you have a query with a delivery/return, please contact info@sacredhawk.com and we will be happy to help.

If you would like to cancel your order, please also contact info@sacredhawk.com quoting your name, order number*, and full address. We will be able to cancel the order and refund you if it has not been despatched. If you order has been despatched, you will have to return the item to us at your own cost, and then we can refund you.

*Order numbers can be found on your confirmation email.

4) How do I know you have received my order??

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and that your order is being processed. You will also receive an email once your order is despatched letting you know your goods are on their way.

5) What payment methods do you use??

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay through PayPal if you have an account.

6) I have a general enquiry, who can I contact??

We are happy to answer any questions you might have. Email us at info@sacredhawk.com and one of the team will get back to you within 48 hours.

7) Does Sacred Hawk wholesale??

Yes, Sacred Hawk does wholesale and we are always looking for new opportunities. Please contact wholesale@sacredhawk.com for more info.

8) I don’t know my size, how can I find out??

Check out our ‘Size guide’ on our Product pages, or see the table below. Please note this may vary between styles. If you are still unsure, feel free to email us at info@sacredhawk.com and we will be happy to help.
